Description: The Health Services Assistant is responsible for responding to needs of residents. Responsible for providing emergency intervention to residents to facilitate the residents’ well-being and providing nursing intervention to facilitate the individual residents’ independence. Plans, organizes, develops. Service operation ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care. Ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state and local standards.

Years/months of Experience (Preferred):

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Nursing. Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, preferred.
• Has basic knowledge and understanding of dementia, mental illness and general medical problems encountered by the elderly required.

Education Required (Preferred):

• At least 2 years of progressively responsible leadership work experience in the long-term care industry or related field.
