Hands-On position of

Maintenance Supervisor

For

The Palace Group

The #1 Priority of this position is…

To coordinate and execute preventative maintenance tasks, oversee, and provide guidance to engineering team. Basic to moderate knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, machinery & general maintenance issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee physical maintenance and operations of buildings, facilities and building systems.

· Plan, implement, and direct any maintenance preventative programs.

· Ensures preventative tasks/maintenance requirements are met to standard.

· Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.

· Step forth as a maintenance assistant when needed

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of hands-on supervisory experience – hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions & procedure manuals.

· Flexible as to work schedule. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, & in emergencies.

· Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
