Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic and creative Strategic Marketing Manager to serve as a key member of the Integrated Marketing Communications team. The Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategy for Brooks Rehabilitation’s system of care as well as all aspects of planning, executing, reporting and refinement of the marketing roadmap. The individual is an expert bridging multiple content forms and channels who supervises a digital team. They should be eager and passionate about healthcare and can handle multiple projects and deadlines in accordance with brand standards and timelines. The individual will thrive in a dynamic work environment and has excellent people skills. The successful candidate should be highly organized, able to create compelling and engaging campaigns that tell the Brooks story and be able to process, present and analyze data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops the marketing roadmap for the enterprise, divisions and programs for all markets in support of the Brooks strategic plan. Creates, executes and optimizes digital and out of home campaigns leveraging compelling content.
  • Cultivates intimate knowledge of market dynamics, including market share and demographics, competitive environment, product line research, physician environment and technology.
  • Builds and maintains marketing budgets aligned with business objectives and reports to stakeholders on actual, budgeted and forecasted projections in both spend, demand and return on ad spend on regular basis. Manages divisional campaign budgets and optimizes campaigns for overall ROI.
  • Manages and develops the digital marketing team; sets and maintains clear specific, measurable and actionable goals for the team members.
  • Reviews current strategic marketing practices and recommends emerging approaches.
  • Provides analytics on effectiveness of marketing channels.
  • Recommends and executes improvements based on results. Conducts research and develops content for proposals and presentations for strategic marketing initiatives supporting organizational goals. Leads effort for web page optimization, personalization and other forms of campaign testing.
  • Oversees strategy and execution of all web platforms to include optimizing the user journey, SEO and organic content strategies. Manages online brand reputation strategy including customer reviews, responses and triage.
  • Innovatively recommends, coordinates and develops creative content for digital channels and campaigns. Implements lead generation strategies.
  • Manages external agency partners for advertising, branding and strategy support.
  • Communicates with organizational leadership and key stakeholders in order to achieve successful goal planning, brand stewardship and strategic execution.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing is preferred
  • Master’s degree desired, but not required
  • At least seven years of experience in strategic marketing, digital initiatives and market strategy to support new growth and brand building
  • Healthcare experience a plus

Applied knowledge in Search Engine Optimization tactics and execution; Experience with using email marketing platforms. Familiarity in marketing automation and email campaign generation, CRM platforms; Google My Business. Possess expert level understanding and use of SEO software such as AHREFS, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Tag Manager and others.
  • Continuous learning: Stay educated and up-to-date on current trends and best practices for social and digital marketing, and bring forward new ideas that benefit Brooks. Continually strive to improve efficiency and functionality of digital marketing vehicles and capitalize on innovation and technological advancements.
