Dietary Aide ( Part Time) Full-time Job

Job Summary:

• Responsible for serving meals to the Assisted Living residents in a courteous manner and maintaining clean and sanitary work areas according to industry and company standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Set up the food (hot & cold) in the assisted living kitchens, ensuring the temperatures are up to standards.
• Label and date food placed into the cooler and freezer.
• Discard outdated foods.
• Follow the FIFO (first in, first out) rotation procedures when pulling food for use.
• Clean all equipment and workstations, and organize stock areas.
• Call residents that receive home deliveries to obtain meal orders.
• Assemble and deliver meals requiring home deliveries.
• Load, push, and unload hand cart frequently per shift requiring frequent lifting and pushing up to 25 lbs.
