We are looking for a caring and dedicated RN & LPN to provide care, evaluation and support to persons needing Home care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition

• Maintain patients care records and document provided services

Skills

• Proven working experience in a home health environment.
• Caring and compassionate personality

• Must willing to drive and have auto
• Bilingual is a plus
