The Lakes of Dunedin is an upscale senior living community that provides exceptional care and service to our assisted living and memory care residents. We currently have a full time and part time position available. Candidates must be willing to work as a team and have a positive, friendly personality. Job Summary: This position maintains cleanliness, presentation and sanitary conditions of common areas, resident apartments, and resident laundry as assigned on a daily basis. Job Duties: Essential Functions Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership. Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow team members, physicians, pharmacies and other vendors or persons. Contribute to team effort by being flexible in work assignments; by furnishing support; by taking initiative; and by understanding how this position affects and compliments all other Community positions. Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given workload. Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance. Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, common restrooms, and residents' rooms and bathrooms.
