Sales and Marketing Director Full-time Job

Pacifica Senior Living is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join our team!

Pacifica Senior Living is a dynamic growing senior living company that provides elegant senior living throughout the United States. We are always seeking highly motivated, focused, and determined people to join our team! Our Senior Living options include: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Namaste Therapy, Hospice, Home Health, and Personalized Living.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow census per budgetary requirements
• Strong ability to convert leads to move ins.
• Conduct effective discovery to provide solutions to families in need
• Deliver creative tactics in both sales and marketing to accommodate in person and virtual presentations.
• Utilize sales processes, systems, and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals
• Strategize and organize business development with health professionals and vendors for successful outreach program.
• Strategize and develop events for community to reach targeted audience.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in sales with strong closing skills
• Successful track record in identifying and building business development to drive business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
• Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads
