Construction Project Manager We are a General Contractor that has been in business over 20 years building in both South & Central Florida. We specialize in all aspects of Commercial, Industrial, and Office markets but now have a focus in Warehouse and Assisted Living Builds. We hire for the long term - not for 1 or 2 projects. Currently we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join the team in Miami FL! What You Will Be Doing Guide projects from moment of award through pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases Schedule and attend regular meetings with building owners Budget for labor and material Run multiple projects simultaneously What You Need for this Position Tilt-up experience required 4+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience 4+ years Ground Up, Corporate Interior, Tenant Fit Out, and/or Prebuilt experience What's In It for You - Base salary: $120k - $150k (Depending on experience) + Bonuses Medical/Dental/Vison 401(k) Paid Time Off So, if you are a Construction Project Manager with experience, please apply today!
