MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALF ADMINISTRATOR'S LICENSE The ideal candidate for this position is organized, responsible and has a strong work ethic. He or she will be responsible for managing the team and overseeing the operations of the facility. Our Administrator will be the main point of contact for residents and their families and must effectively manage simultaneous incoming requests. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, provide orientation/training, and retain a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services. Ensure employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and periodic performance appraisals are conducted on a timely basis. Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to budget and intervenes as needed. Makes sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors and staff in accordance with company guidelines. Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations. Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes. Assist with billing inquiries. Comply with relevant laws and regulations. Manage materials and inventory. Requirements: Experience working as an Assisted Living Administrator. Hold an active ALF Administrator license. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33351: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: Administrator License (Required) Work Location: One location
