Position Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for facilitating company growth and success throughout their assigned region. This position will promote a positive identity for the company through networking, community relationships, promotional materials, and personal visits to potential new partners. The Territory Manager will work closely with the Market Director and Provider Recruiter to coordinate future business with internal resources.

This position is also responsible for the overall operational success of Bluestone’s primary care practice delivering on-site care to patients living in assisted living throughout New Port Richey and Hillsborough County areas. This position, in coordination with the Market Director and Clinical Field Manager is responsible for the management of all practice providers (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, etc.) within their respective markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and vision through effective planning and decision making to achieve company targets in assigned region (Hillsborough County)
  • Manages complex schedule in collaboration with team clinical assistant that requires constant and consistent changes and modifications based on Provider team structure, new and existing buildings, patient growth, and new providers joining the team
  • Become an expert in Bluestone technology (EMR, Bluestone Bridge, etc.) and communication platforms and hardware (mobile devices and apps, software), and assists others on the team to develop competence when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develops comprehensive understanding of competitive environment and is able to articulate company value proposition
  • Ensures customer satisfaction, identifies opportunities to improve, and implements solutions
  • Accountable for meeting regional practice growth goals
  • Records activities in customer relationship management software

Qualifications:

Education/Certification/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, health care administration and experience in clinic operations and/or care delivery
  • Experience in a healthcare organization required
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in management roles
  • Valid driver’s license required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Customer service and Quality related positions a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities a plus
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and other members of the care team
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with diverse populations
  • Intermediate-level computer proficiency with email, fax, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
