Director of Community Relations (Healthcare Sales & Marketing) Full-time Job

Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking a Community Relations/Director of Sales for The Monarch at Coconut Creek. The Community Relations/Director of Sales is responsible for all sales and census development for their community. We are a company dedicated to quality and built on a strong foundation of family, community, long-term commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

This position provides a high level of customer service to residents, team members and professionals. This is accomplished through promoting Retirement Unlimited promise to Provide the Lifestyle our residents have earned and deserved. This position is responsible for planning and directing marketing functions to maintain budgeted occupancy for the community.

Skills and Abilities

• Lead Management
• Networking/Referral Development
• Community Relations (chamber, rotary club, support groups, volunteer work)
• Business Plan Development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales with an understanding of Marketing
• Prior sales experience in the senior living industry is strongly preferred.
• Senior living experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, foster relationships and superior organizational skills.
