POSITION PURPOSE

Senior Care Social Media Marketing Manager

To promote all aspects of the business through effective marketing, including Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, email campaigns and local business partnerships. Promote a high level of customer service and continually strive for innovative solutions and alternatives to improve results for the business.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Create and schedule daily posts on Google, Instagram and Facebook using FB Business Suite. Engage with followers who comment and react to those posts. Answer questions from followers about products.
• Post videos on tiktok, IG Reels, and FB using popular audio and current trends to grow our following, promote our online store and engage potential customers.
• Coordinate and host regular FB Lives to highlight new and exciting products as they come into the store.
• Manage Google My Business, Yext and NextDoor pages for the business. Keep pages updated with posts, events and photos. Respond to reviews, questions and comments.

• Create and send 1-3 weekly emails announcing, sales, deals, specials etc to draw traffic into the web or calls and increase sales
• Work with local businesses and women's groups to plan networking and other events.

• Come up with creative and successful ways to promote and increase online sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of social media and/or digital marketing experience
• Experience managing and creating content for online platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial
• Experience with Canva or other programs to create marketing materials including IG/FB posts, flyers, posters, emails, etc
• Comfortable being on camera and hosting videos about the store and our products.
• Knowledge of current market for Seniors
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
