Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our per diem W ellness Office Nurse position.
In this role, you will attend to the health/emotional needs of the independent living residential community and provide office nurse services in the Wellness Suite. Maintains a wellness program of health care for the resident in accordance with the policies of Acts, including checking in residents, making appointments with the Nurse Practitioner, and triaging the resident to receive health services in the Wellness Suite. Documents these services in the appropriate electronic health
record.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid
- Minimum of one year experience within the geriatric health care field
