Quality Assurance (QA) Therapy Notes Review - Medicare Home Health Full-time Job

We are a Medicare certified Home Health Agency seeking an experienced therapist that can review therapy notes for home health compliance. Must have Home Health experience and worked for a Home Health Agency. Experience with Medicare.

This would be a flexible job opportunity and fully performance based.

Job Duties:

• Review therapy services documentation to ensure it is compliant with medicare and consistent with Plan of Care
• Communicate with field staff in case clarification is needed for specific documentation submitted

Job Type: Full-time
