BayCare Home Care is looking for its newest full time Home Care Supervisor, RN in Bradenton, FL. The Supervisor Patient Care I acts as the clinical manager and is responsible for daily activities (administrative or technical) relevant to the professional services provided.
- Validation of qualifications and assignment of personnel
- Assures compliance with all regulatory bodies within the area of responsibility enforcing both the Quality Assurance program and Utilization Review within assigned areas
- Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position
- Multi-tasking and adapt to change
- Leadership skills
- Coaching and Counseling skills
Additional duties:
- PCS, Infusion and DON only: Responsible for office operations in Administrator's absence

Qualifications:
Certifications and Licensures:
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Driver's License State of Florida
- Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing
- 1 year supervisory role in a related field
- 2 years nursing or home care
