We are looking for licensed PTAs to do home health visits in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. We are very busy and growing fast! Great visit rates and training provided for clinicians without home health experience. The responsibilities of this position include:
To provide physical therapy services under the supervision of the physical therapist
o Ensure the care, safety and well-being of all patients
o Follow the Plan of Care based on the initial evaluation and the progress reports
o Coordinate with the therapist working with the patient
o Report progress to the therapist working with the patient
o Provide appropriate documentation for all visits of assigned patients
o Provide appropriate billing
