About the job Dedicated Physical Therapy & Wellness is a team of physical therapists who are committed to our patients. We provide outpatient physical therapy in the comfort of our patients home within a 55+ Active Community located in Kissimmee, FL . We strive to give our patients one on one care that surpasses the rest. We are looking for a dependable, passionate, and dedicated physical therapist assistant. This is a contract position. All our patients are located within this one community so there is minimal travel. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference. Candidates must be reliable and professional. Responsibilities Guides each patient through appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient Guide and consult patient. Timely and detailed documentation Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Certification in Physical Therapy and valid Florida state license to practice Currently living in the Greater Orlando area at time of application Owns a personal computer/tablet/phone Current CPR certification At least two years experience in a clinical setting. Dedication to our patients Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal. Comfortable working with patients in their homes.
