Home Health with Less Travel!

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practitioner Nurse for an Independent Living Facility that we work with in Boca Raton, FL.

10 hour shifts, 10AM-8PM, with some weekend days required.

Hourly rate to be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Responds to emergency situations
• Oversees medication management
• Responds to residents' concerns
• Communicates with residents and families regarding treatment care

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing at a minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current CPR Card
• Experience in home healthcare required
