Highlights of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position:

  • Insulin administration and supervision
  • Medication administration and supervision
  • Management of medication supply and medication cart
  • Obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs
  • Processing medication re-orders
  • Dressing, grooming, shower assistance
  • Reporting of health status concerns
  • Other duties as assigned

What do you need to be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Community?

  • Active Florida state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • CPR / AED certification
  • Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
  • Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
