Intake Coordinator Full-time Job

Mission Home Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to fill our Referral-Intake Coordinator position. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of patient intake, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, managing the insurance verification and authorization process, and scheduling staff for initial visits. This candidate will work closely with the clinical management team to ensure a smooth transition for our patients. This candidate must be comfortable with the computer, have strong communication skills, and be independently organized. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with health insurance is a plus.
