Home Health Aid- HHA/CNA Full-time Job

We are seeking an HHA/CNA to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload

Requirements:

• Clear ACHA Level 2 Background Screening

• Auto Insurance Card (current)

• Social Security Card

• Green Card (if required)

• Negative TB Screening Results or Chest X-Ray (within the past 12 months)

• Physical / Statement of Good Health (within past 12 months)

• CPR Certification from an accredited course (current)

• Florida State required Alzheimer's Training Certificate

• Florida State required HIV/AIDS Training Certificate

• Assistance with Self Medication Certificate

• Other documentation may be required depending upon position
