Position Title: Director of Nursing
Overview: The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of nursing services in Skilled Nursing in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines to foster the highest degree of quality care.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current nursing license to practice nursing in the state of Florida
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience in a long term care facility
- Minimum of two years experience in nursing administration, preferably in a long term care setting.
- Certification or evidence of continuing education in Gerontological nursing
- Geriatric nursing background preferred.
