Responsible for all aspects of managing the food service department to include, but not be limited to: developing the menu; ordering, preparing, and serving of meals; staffing; complying with budgetary guidelines; complying with local and state regulatory guidelines; assisting new residents with the transition to communal dining atmosphere. This position includes both production and administrative duties.
