We are a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency looking for CNAs and HHAs with home health experience to provide services for our patients in their homes. With offices in Stuart, Boca Raton, and Plantation, we serve patients in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Our CNAs and HHAs provide in-home companionship, support, and home management services to clients, which includes assistance with personal care, nutrition, transportation, and light housekeeping.

The ideal candidate has a valid CNA license or HHA certificate, current certification in CPR, and some experience working in home health. In addition, you must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance and must provide proof of the required health/background checks and training. Our Aides are paid per-diem and are actual employees of our company, not independent contractors. We carry workers’ compensation and liability insurance for their protection, and we withhold taxes which we send to the IRS.

Responsibilities

• Provides caring companionship and conversation
• Provides transportation as needed (errands, appointments, etc.)
• Helps client with daily living tasks
• Observes and reports any changes in the clients mental, physical, or emotional condition
• Ensures that all shifts are entered in corresponding APP
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• COMPASSION and a DESIRE TO HELP the elderly, the sick, and their families
• Current CNA license or HHA certificate
• Experience in home healthcare preferred but not necessary
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
• Current CPR card
• Level 2 background check required
• PPD results within the last year
• Certificate from an Alzheimer’s 2-hour course
• Certificate from an HIV/AIDS 4-hour course
• Medical Errors or Assist with Medications Certificate
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
