Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem - Medicare Home Health (Hialeah) Full-time Job

Ready Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) with Home Health Experience to complete OASIS and nursing visits for our patients in Hialeah and surroundings. It is crucial to live close to the area for this position to be a good fit for you.

Prior experience in Medicare Home Health is required.

We have numerous patients under our service every month, and we need nurses to assign most of them.
