Pinnacle Home Care is the leading provider of home care services recognized for Creating Raving Fans and Delivering Exceptional Outcomes. We are currently looking for full and part time Ortho home health RNs for our Lee County, FL, territory.

• Skills: IVs, Wound care, Wound vac, Foley Catheters, Trach Care, Diabetic Care
• Availability: Monday – Friday; on call/on call one weekend a month;
  Location: Lee County, FL

Position Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree with One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. Six months of home health care experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements.
• Management experience not required. Responsible for supervising home health aides.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills and nursing skill per competency checklist.
• Prolonged or considerable walking and standing. Able to lift, position or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required skills.
• Participates in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy.
