General Contractor seeking a Construction Project Superintendent with experience in coordinating all assigned construction project activities and supervises all field personnel, including in-house labor and subcontractors, as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.

- Supervising all trade and field personnel
- Administering good construction safety practices per OSHA regulations with all on-site activities
- Maintains the job site office and closes out projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in Senior Living/Assisted Living Facilities and/or Hotels is a plus, Wood Frame experience is required
- Must be willing to travel to assigned projects and live near the jobsite location during the duration of the project (9mths-15mnths, depending on the size of the project).
