Server Full-time Job

Job description

Our upscale Assisted Living Community is now hiring Dining Room Servers. If you enjoy making people happy, working with seniors, and food, then this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Qualifications:

Must enjoy working with seniors
Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

We offer full benefits for full time employees and use of PTO time 6 months after hire. Bi-weekly pay, every Thursday.

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delray Beach, FL 33484: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
