- Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls
- Ensures all doorways and exit doors are accessible and free of obstacles
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
- Performs light maintenance as time allows such as changing light bulbs, touch-up painting and similar assignments as required
- Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Follows HRA policy on signing in and out equipment, and uses company equipment properly as intended
- Maintains First Aid kit and resupplies kit when necessary
- Exhibits a courteous, helpful demeanor at all times to provide attentiveness and respect to the residents, guests and associates
- Understands protocol in reporting accidents and incidents to proper authorities when necessary
- When interacting with residents and/or family members, is mindful of the Resident's Rights to Privacy and resident confidentiality
- $500.00 bonus payable after 90 days
