REGIONAL DINING DIRECTOR Full-time Job

Inspired Living is searching for an experienced Regional Dining Leader to assist the Vice President of Dining Services in creating a delectable dining program for our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living communities across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas!

The Regional Director of Dining Services will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region.

• Plan and direct the operation of dining services across our communities
• Participate in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives of our communities
• Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures of the region to ensure maximum income from existing accounts
• Support the development and implementation of dining programs that meet resident needs and regulatory agency requirements
• Develop and motivate effective Dining Staff to achieve Regional, Corporate, and Community goals and make efficient use of team members
• Visit units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Resolve resident and customer satisfaction or employee-related complaints which have been elevated from Regional Operators.

The selected candidate will likely meet all of the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years in a Food Services managing role; Dining or food procurement experience in a Hospital, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care setting required.
• Experience with multi-unit food service management.
• Experience managing multi-facilities across several states.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
• Must be willing to travel
• Basic understanding of computer technology, including email use.
• Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
