Full Job Description Lucienne Home Care is a Medicare Accredited Home Health Agency located in Palm Beach County. We are focused on delivering exceptional home health services to our clients. Our team is comprised of caring, compassionate, and highly motivated healthcare professionals. We are looking for licensed OT/OTA/PT/PTA professionals to care for our patients. As an OT and PT you will Plan, Implement and Evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being. As an OTA and PTA you will work with the OT and/or PT. Our goal is to promote the patient’s well-being by providing high quality care. Licensure/Certifications/Insurances/Requirements: Current State license as an OT / OTA / PT / PTA Current valid Driver's License BLS Certification Experience: Home health: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Contract Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour Medical specialties: Home Health Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: Self-determined schedule Work Location: One location
