Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health OASIS and Evaluations Full-time Job

Ready Care Home Health is looking for PT's who have extensive Medicare Home Health experience to conduct Evaluations and OASIS for patients in Homestead. All therapists MUST have experience with KINNSER/WELLSKY EMR system.

Requirements:

• Valid PT License in Florida
• Excellent knowledge of Medicare Regulations
• Current PPD and Physical
• Level II background check
• CEU's and CPR current
• Bilingual a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $110.00 per hour
