Med Tech Full-time Job

The Cove at Marsh Landing is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Jacksonville, Florida. Our community offers a unique assisted living experiences, exquisite cuisine prepared daily by the chef, a wide variety of zestful activities and personalized heartful care from our compassionate and respectful staff.

We are seeking a Medication Technician who will provide excellent hands-on care to our residents daily. Incumbent will deliver timely medication, observe, document, and report resident status. Additionally, the Medication Technician will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standards.

Schedule: 7am-7pm days vary

Rate of Pay for the Medication Technician Position: $15 per hour depending on experience

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have a current/valid Med-Tech certificate.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
