Maintenance Tech I - 8am-4:30pm - Full Time w Benefits

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Plant Operations Supervisor, responsible for ensuring the quality of maintenance repairs through performing highly diversified duties and/or leading maintenance technicians and workers to complete necessary tasks.

DUTIES

Maintenance technicians are responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and plumbing equipment in resident rooms and common areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Four years of related experience preferred.
