Hygeia Home Health is currently seeking an HR Generalist for our Home Health office in Largo FL.
Responsibilities: Assist with policy and procedure design, complying with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) mandates, and maintaining professional licensure/certifications compliance and HRIS management
Provide employee relations guidance to employees and management within scope of position; identify and actively respond with sensitivity to the needs of employees and business unit leaders.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Home Health experience preferred. Customer service and computer skills a must.
