Our Home Health Aide will work closely with our team to provide patients with daily living assistance and transfer them in and out of the shower, bath and bed if needed. Also, provide companion and homemaker services when requested. The ideal candidate is a compassionate individual who cares deeply about helping others, has prior experience with caring for the elderly or disabled and is flexible to work various shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities: Arrange and provide home care. Keep records on patient care and outcomes. Promote independence in activities of daily living. Help patients eat properly and stay clean.
