The Beacon of Gulf Breeze is a luxurious Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Gulf Breeze, FL. The Beacon offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

In the role of Director of Sales (DOS) the incumbent will be responsible for pre-leasing sales, networking to build leads, and partnerships with local organizations, physicians, and hospitals. The Director of Sales will work closely with the community Executive Director and corporate EVP to ensure residency upon opening.

A Director of Sales must have a passion for working with seniors, a high degree of customer service, prior sales and closing experience. The position requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to express compassion and empathy when speaking with prospective residents and family members. Our Director of Sales must have excellent listening skills and the ability to respond appropriately to how our community can offer solutions to meet the needs of the resident and the family.

Prior experience in the senior housing industry is a plus. Preference may be given to candidates with prior experience opening a new community.

Requirements

· High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

· Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

· Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

· Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
