A Culinary Director is responsible for achieving targets and goals of food operations . As a Culinary Director, your duties are to establish a menu, hire chefs and other staff, plan budgets, receive food order, place bi-weekly food orders, weekly meetings with Chef Riggs, and making sure the dining experience meets expectations.
