Job Profile
  • Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
  • Answer telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver accurate messages
  • Distribute resident and office mail
  • Fax and photocopy documents as requested
  • Assist with maintenance of files as needed
  • Maintain front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean and free from clutter
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting
  • Prior experience working in senior living or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the general public
  • Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
