Beloved Care is currently looking to match two clients with the right care provider. Candidates must have a sincere desire to help the home-bound disabled or elderly. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS: (Job 1) Available to work every weekend or every other weekend from 9am-7pm in Delray Beach for elderly, wheel-chair bound female client needing help with ADLs. No driving involved but must be dependable with reliable transportation to get to and from work. (Job 2) Available to work daily from 9am-1pm in Lake Worth for elderly male client. Aide must be experienced, dependable, social and patient. Involves driving. Must have the following original documents to register: State ID Level 2 Background Check Social Security Card Proof of Residency/Citizenship Professional Liability Insurance Physical Exam CPR Card CNA License or HHA Training Certificate HIV/Aids Certificate Assisting with Self-Administered Medication Certificate Alzheimer's/Dementia Certificate High School Diploma Contact the office to schedule an appointment at 561-279-6522 .
