The Colonnade at Northdale is an upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Tampa, Florida. Our community offers a unique assisted living experiences, exquisite cuisine prepared daily by the chef, a wide variety of zestful activities and personalized heartful care from our compassionate and respectful staff. The Colonnade at Northdale is looking to hire an exceptional Caregiver.
In the role of a Caregiver, you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The Caregiver will attend to all the daily living needs of residents; assistance with ADL’s, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence; ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.
Schedule: 3pm-11pm, 8-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability
Rate of Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour depending on experience as a Caregiver. Competitive shift differential for evening shifts.

Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
