Overview: Providing in-home care and support to clients in their home environment. This individual assists in the organization of family resources for the effective care of clients. In addition, this individual serves in a supervisory capacity to an assigned group of Home Health Aides and provides training and coaching as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health care setting, with home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

A weekend getaway to the Keys is a sunny drive south on U.S. 1; Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes north.
