The Waterford at Carpenter's Creek is a premier Assisted Living community conveniently located in Pensacola, FL. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our leadership team as the Business Director.

About the Position:
This position will be responsible for the following duties: handling payroll, accounts receivable/accounts payable, rent roll, setting up resident files, answering phones, coordinating office paperwork, managing front desk personnel and other office manager duties as needed.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 2 or more year(s) general office or bookkeeping experience including experience with AR/AP and payroll. Good office management skills, ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, and the ability to work general office equipment and have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, good organization skills, and an attention to detail. The ability to work on weekends and holidays is also important.
Experience
Required- MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Office management skills with ability to multitask.
- 2 year(s): General office or bookkeeping experience, including experience with AR/AP and payroll.
Education
Required- High School or better
